Eagle Career Network gives employers the ability to post targeted job opportunities, schedule and host on-campus interviews, schedule and advertise employer presentations, view career center events, and register for career fairs.
Use of the system is free of charge and job postings reach current undergraduate and graduate students and alumni of the seven schools served by Career Services. Postings remain active for 30 days unless otherwise requested. If you would like to list your opportunity through Eagle Career Network, please log-in to your existing account or create a new one here.

On-Campus Employer Recruiting Policies
ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEWS
A great way to recruit NCCU students is to take advantage of on-campus interviews. This allows employers to maximize their recruiting efforts by accommodating the busy academic schedule of students and hosting interviews in the Office of Career Services.
To schedule on-campus interviews, employers can log-in Eagle Career Network and request a date. Our interview rooms are available Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
If you are unable to come to campus, but still wish to make use of our interview scheduling services, we offer video conference interviews. Standard room charges and scheduling details apply.
CAREER FAIR
NCCU Career Fairs include organizations from many industries, including government, finance, consumer goods, retail, marketing, advertising and more! This event offers employers an exciting opportunity to promote internships and full-time careers to NCCU students and alumni.
CAREER VIEW
Career Views offer organizations a unique opportunity to engage NCCU students in a meaningful way. Through our program students will have the chance to visit your company site and learn first-hand about opportunities and careers offered by your organizations. Previous participants include SAS, Cisco and the Environmental Protection Agency.
Career Views are typically two hours and can include a tour of your facility, presentation on internships/careers, or an opportunity for students to meet with alumni. Career Services will work with you to coordinate a date and time that is most convenient for you and our students, market your event on campus, and escort students to and from your company site.
For more information on coordinating a Career View, please contact Catrina DosReis at cdosreis@nccu.edu.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT NETWORK SERIES
Each year Career Services hosts a professional development networking series which includes various career development workshops to help student gain employability and career decision making skills. We welcome employers work alongside us in facilitating workshops that focus on various career topics that will give students better insight on what is expected in today’s job market.
Students can receive Professional Development Network Certification with our office upon attending a series of workshops and completing assignments. This certification affords students the opportunity to be placed in an internship and full-time applicant pool to be leveraged to employers seeking new hires.
