Walking for Fitness
Campus Recreation presents the Walking for Fitness Program for all students, faculty, staff, and alumni Monday through Friday 5 to 7 PM.
Included with the supervised walking activities, the program will also offer periodical body fat analysis, blood pressure checks, toning and stretching exercises, and recommendations for personal workouts. Actual start dates and times are TBD. Click here to download our PDF Registration Form.
