-Makes regular rounds to ensure safety of building is not compromised

Responsibilities:

-Supervises aquatic facilities and staff
-Evaluates swimming activities for individuals visiting the pool            
-Hires and supervises pool staff to ensure that the staff is qualified and performing duties in a safe and courteous manner
-Serves as a lifeguard
-Coordinates with various groups around campus to organize pool parties and other social events
-Develops and facilitates in-service activities
