NSE is a tuition-reciprocal exchange program with two plans for payment of tuition/fees. NCCU utilizes both payment plans. Your choice of where you pay your tuition will depend on the payment plan(s) of your host university.

• Under Plan A, you pay to your resident (in-state/provincial) tuition/fees directly to your host campus.
• Under Plan B, you pay your normal tuition/fees to NCCU.
