PACKET INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Write a brief one-page description about yourself and your future plans. 2. Provide three (3) character references individually sealed from either NCCU administrators/faculty/staff. The scholarship application, brief description, and three sealed character references must be packaged and postmarked by December 30, 2012.
