Student Affairs Media and Marketing (SAMM) is dedicated to serve the all areas within the Division of Student Affairs to enhance the image of the Division by developing media and marketing strategies designed to keep the campus informed about services, initiatives, programs and activities.
To submit a request please complete this form, you must be signed into MyEOL. Once you have completed the request you will receive a copy and within 24 hours you will receive a status update and timeline for completion.
Campus announcement requests should be submited via the web form for all Student Affairs areas. Areas within the Student Union or student organizations may submit their requests to their representative.
Announcements are sent to campus every Monday and Wednesday. Announcement requests should be submitted by the end of business the day prior to the scheduled announcement release.
The announcement will appear once in the announcement immediately following the submission. For example, an announcement is submitted on Thursday afternoon, it will appear in the following Monday announcement.

For "weeks", example: Breast Cancer Awareness Week, each event within the week is considered a seperate event.
