Student Affairs Media and Marketing (SAMM) is dedicated to serving all areas within the Division of Student Affairs to enhance the image of the Division by developing media and marketing strategies to keep the campus informed about our services, initiatives, programs and activities.

Submit a Request

To submit a request please complete this form. Once you have completed the request you will receive a confirmation email and within one to two business days you will receive a status update and timeline for completion.

Campus Announcements

Campus announcement requests should be submitted via the web form for all Student Affairs areas. Areas within the Student Union or student organizations may submit their requests to their designated representative. Please indicate all dates in which you would like to see your announcement appear on the form.

Announcements are sent to campus every Monday and Wednesday via University Relations. Announcement requests should be submitted by the end of business the day prior to the scheduled announcement release.

The announcement will appear once in the announcement immediately following the submission. For example, an announcement is submitted on Thursday afternoon, it will appear in the following Monday announcement. 

The following information is required for each event:

  • Title
  • Description and Details
  • Date
  • Beginning and End Time
  • Disability Accommodation Contact 

For "weeks", example: Breast Cancer Awareness Week, each event within the week is considered a separate event.

  • Design Services- brochures, fliers, images for social media/web banners, programs, evites, invitations, mailers, newsletters, posters, T-shirts, novelties and signage

  • Social Media Content Distribution via NCCULife

  • Videography
  • Live Video Streaming
  • Campus Calendar and Announcements
  • Website Management

NCCULife: Social Media

NCCULife is the social media brand representing the Division of Student Affairs. The charge of NCCULife is to inform, engage and observe NCCU audiences. If you are interested in being an NCCULife contributor please contact us for a brief training session.
