Parents and families are welcome to attend the orientation sessions. A few activities overlap, but for the most part, students and families attend separate orientation activities.
Family Orientation activities are designed to provide family members with the resources needed to support your new Eagles. Family members are an important part of student success, and with appropriate support system, you can help your new Eagle soar to new heights!
Expect to attend information sessions with the Dean of Students, University Police, Student Health & Counseling, the NCCU Parents and Family Association, and more!
Orientation Fees
Students and parents register for orientation using the same
online registration form. Cost is $50 (non-refundable) per family
member.
After you register for orientation, a confirmation e-mail will be sent with
further information within five business days.
