What is MODELS?
Mentors Offering Direction, Encouragement, and Leadership Strategies towards Success is a program developed to increase retention by matching upper-class students as mentors with freshmen in the Emerging Leaders Program and promoting leadership development skills of both mentees and mentors.  

Who are the MODELS?
MODELS are upper-class students who want to increase their leadership skills by serving as mentors and training to be group facilitators.
