Eagle Mania

Eagle Mania

Eagle Mania is the official start to the NCCU student experience. New and returning students begin their semester with various activities to assist with the transition back to academic and social life. Events during the week will serve as an opportunity for students to explore the vast array of resources available at NCCU, including academic, cultural, social, athletic, and community service programs.

Students are expected to attend Eagle Mania from August 10 to 13. Fall 2017 classes begin Monday, August 14.

All students should plan to move into their assigned residence hall room on Thursday, August 10, 2017. For more details on securing a residence hall room for fall 2017, visit www.nccu.edu/reslife.

Eagle Mania highlights will include:

  • Parent & Family Move-In Social
  • First Look at Service Fair
  • Class of 2021 photo
  • Maroon & Gray Football Scrimmage
  • First-Year Convocation and Eagle Pinning Ceremony
  • Students Today, Alumni Tomorrow Reception
  • Worship Service
