FACES Production Upgrade

To provide Registered Student Organizations access to submit request for facilities on campus, FACES Production will have a major upgrade. This change has been implemented in FACES Test environment and has been tested for several weeks. The change will allow a selected group of students to submit a request for a facility via FACES. These students belong to Registered Student Organizations and their request must be approved by their Advisor before being confirmed by a FACES Scheduler. We are excited about improving and enhancing FACES to better serve all campus users.

What you need to know:

To facilitate the upgrade, FACES Production will be down on Monday and Tuesday, May 19-20, 2014. No one will be allowed to submit request or perform any daily task through FACES Production during the upgrade

FACES User Campus Wide:

FACES Production will be available for access campus on Wednesday, May 21, 2014. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for patience during the upgrade.

FACES Student Access Training:

Scheduled hands-on training will be made provided for all Advisors and selected Students that will be using FACES. We also have a Video Tutorials on the FACES Web Page.
