Fall 2018 Move-in, Drop & Go and Volunteer Information


Fall 2018 Move-in,  Drop & Go and Volunteer Information:

Please take note of the following dates regarding Fall 2018 move-in day:

Volunteer Help Wanted:

Incoming First-Year Students:  Move-In begins at 7 a.m. - noon (Baynes, New Res II, Rush and Chidley), 1 - 5 p.m (Eagleson, Richmond, McLean, Annie Day and Ruffin) on Thursday August 9. Students staying in these halls will be notified via email.

***Drop & Go (Incoming First-Year Students ONLY): Drop & Go allows students and/or parents to drop off their belongings in the students' room before move-in day.  To take advantage of this no-cost opportunity, please complete the Drop & Go Application via the students' myEOL Housing Portal.  Drop & Go will occur on Saturday, August 4 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Continuing Students:  Continuing students assigned to the DoubleTree hotel may begin moving into their rooms starting at 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. on  August 10.  Continuing students assigned to a residence hall on campus may begin moving into their rooms starting at 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. on August 11 - 12.  

All students should be regularly checking their emails (and spam folders) over the summer for important announcements regarding move-in.
