GRADUATING DECEMBER 2018?

If you are planning to graduate this fall, December 2018, the deadline date to have your paper application and Academic Approval for Graduation form submitted to the School of Graduate Studies is Friday, September 21st. This gives the School of Graduate Studies time to process the forms and submit them to the Registrar's Office by their deadline date, which is Friday, September 28th. The Registrar's Office will not accept any graduation forms after September 28th.

Students also have the option to apply for graduation online through myEOL, which became available August 27th; however, the Academic Approval for Graduation form is not an online form.  This form must still be completed by your department and submitted to the School of Graduate Studies by September 21st.

Will not apply online:
1)  Submit paper application for graduation to the School of Graduate Studies by September 21st.
2)  Submit Academic Approval for Graduation form to the School of Graduate Studies by September 21st.
3)  Graduate Studies will submit all received applications for graduation to the Registrar's Office by September 28th.

Will apply online:
