Alumnus Named Vance-Granville Community College VP

Dr. Levy Brown

NCCU alumnus Levy Brown has been named vice president of student services for Vance-Granville Community College in Henderson, N.C.

Prior to his appointment, Brown served as dean of Arts and Sciences at Lenoir Community College and dean of Student Services.

Brown also served as associate vice president of Student Services and Enrollment Management for Brunswick Community College.

Brown was also an East Carolina University Forty Under Forty awardee in 2016.

He obtained his master’s degree in library science from North Carolina Central University. He also earned his bachelor’s and doctoral degrees from East Carolina University.
