Hip-hop heads, old and new…join the Women’s Center for our signature Domestic Violence Awareness Month event …”When the Beat Drops: Loyalty, Passionfruit, & 4:44!”

Come hear professional spoken word artist and Harvard University Nasir Jones Hip-Hop fellow Dasan Ahanu and guest lyricists unpack how hip-hop culture impacts how we love, for better and for worse.  Event will be followed by an audience talkback.

Wednesday, October 18 in the B.N. Duke Auditorium at 6:00pm.

Event is free and open to the public.
