Graduation Applications Due February 3, 2017!

Dr. James. E. Shepard

To ensure the School of Graduate Studies meets the Office of the Registrar's submission deadline for graduation applications, all spring 2017 graduation applications must be received in the School of Graduate Studies Friday, February 3, 2017, by the close of business (5:00 p.m).  If you are a graduate student who intends to graduate in May 2017, you must meet this deadline date.  Please be reminded that students who applied for graduation in a previous semester, but did not graduate, must reapply for graduation.  Below are links to the forms, which have been provided by the Registrar's Office.  Both forms are required.

Application for Graduation
Academic Approval for Graduation

No graduation applications should be submitted to the School of Graduate Studies without all appropriate signatures.  Incomplete applications will be returned to the appropriate dean's office.
