Project Will Power is a free legal clinic offering wills and other advance planning documents to the Southeast Raleigh community. On Saturday, Nov. 2, volunteer lawyers will prepare wills, health care powers of attorney, financial powers of attorney and living wills for members of the public free of charge from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Top Green Community Center on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Law students from NCCU School of Law will assist with the event.
Individuals wishing to have a will prepared can schedule an appointment by calling 919-530-5487 (appointments are required for wills). Financial powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, and living wills will be offered on a walk-in basis.
