How Do I Coordinate ITS Support for Special Events

Because our university host numerous special events we realize that it is important to have a point of contact in the ITS department that is committed to assisting in the scheduling and execution of major events.

If you would like to request equipment, special software or an  ITS Representative for a special event, please use one of the following means:

1. Contact ITS Customer Service at 919-530-7676, Select Option “4” or

2. Contact our Eagle Technical Assistance Center (ETAC) by:

  • Calling 919-530-7676 and, Select Option "1" or
  • Emailing helpdesk@nccu.edu or
  • Submitting a help request ticket via the web to https://helpdesk.nccu.edu

Note: Requests for equipment must be received within the following time frame:

  • 5 days prior to events occurring on weekdays (business days).
  • 2 weeks prior to events occurring on weekends.

All requests are subject to approval and not guaranteed until you receive confirmation from the ITS Customer Service Team.
