Welcome to the Eagle Technical Assistance Center (ETAC). We are a proactive unit that provides services desired by students, administration, faculty, and staff while supporting strong team work goals that parallel the mission of NCCU. We are committed to continuing to move forward in the technological arena by creating new and exciting technological avenues for our campus.
ETAC is the frontline of support for the NCCU Information Technology Services Department. We use BMC FootPrints Service Desk Management System to track all issues as well as direct issues to the appropriate ITS Team. Having a technical issue or question, let us help you and get IT done!
If you are checking on equipment you’ve dropped off or having issues connecting to the network in your residence hall, call the Eagle Technical Center (ETC) at (919) 530-5038.
