When you encounter a unique key violation error, it simply means that there is already a document with the same index values already in the system.

To bypass this error click on this icon  ,which stands for unique key and references index. After you have clicked on this icon an option to add your document will be shown like this:. Click on the plus icon to add your document to the previous related document in the system.
