That depends. If you already have VoiceThread account using your @nccu.edu or @eagles.nccu.edu email address, you don’t need to create another account. Faculty accounts will be upgraded to pro level and student accounts will be upgraded to a standard account. If your current VoiceThread account is not using your NCCU email address, you cannot upgrade and will need to create a new VoiceThread account with your NCCU email and password. 

• Visit nccu.voicethread.com.
• Log in with your NCCU MyEOL account information
• You will then be prompted to verify your VoiceThread password for the account you want to upgrade.
• Your accounts will be merged. Any VoiceThreads you created and subscribed to should appear under the"MyVoice" tab. 
• Once the accounts are merged, you'll log in to nccu.voicethread.com with your NCCU MyEOL username and password.
