How Do I Setup My Microsoft Exchange E-Mail (Faculty and Staff) for Entourage 2008?
You will need to download and install the root intermediate and intermediate certificate from our website.

1. Start Entourage. Click Tools and then click Accounts.
2. In the Accounts window click New.
3. The Account Setup Assistant will start. Click the Configure account manually button.
4. Select IMAP for Account type and click OK.
5. Enter your settings:
Account Name: Descriptive about your account, such as “NCCU Mail”
Name: Enter your full name as you would like it to appear on the messages that you send
Email address: Enter your NCCU E-Mail Address (username@nccu.edu)
IMAP Server: webmail.nccu.edu
Outgoing Server: exch-HT1.ad.nccu.edu
6. Once all of your settings are entered, click the button labeled Click here for advanced receiving options.
7. Check the box labeled This IMAP service requires a secure connection (SSL). Make sure the port number is set to 993.
8. After submitting those settings, go back to Account Settings and click the button labeled Click here for advanced sending options.
Check the box labeled SMTP service requires a secure connection (SSL).
Check the box labeled Override default SMTP port: and change the port to 587.
Next, check the box labeled SMTP server requires authentication and set authentication to Use same settings as receiving mail server.
9. Click OK in the Edit Account window
10. Close the Account Window, and your client is now configured.
