Change Your Google Apps Password 1. Sign into EagleMail (http://mail.eagles.nccu.edu) 2. Click on Settings 3. Click on the Accounts tab 4. Click on the Change Password link 5. You will be redirected to the Google Apps Password Change page 6. Enter your User Name 7. Enter your Active Directory password Note: This is the same username and password to log into computers on campus, checking your e-mail, etc. 8. Enter the password you want to use for your Google applications. 9. Retype your new password. 10. Click on the OK button. Palm Pre Setup: 1. Click the E-Mail icon to open your email 2. Click the “E-Mail” drop down arrow in the upper left hand corner 3. Select “Preferences & Accounts” 4. Scroll to the bottom and select “Add An Account” 5. Click the “Email” drop down arrow in the upper left hand corner again 6. Select “Manual Setup” Mail Type: IMAP Email Address: Enter your full email address (username@eagles.nccu.edu) Incoming Mail Server Server Name: imap.gmail.com Username: Enter your full email address (username@eagles.nccu.edu) Password: Enter your Google Apps password. Port#: 993 Encryption: SSL Outgoing Mail Server Server Name: smtp.gmail.com Use Authentication: Yes Port#: 465 Encryption: SSL Root Folder: Leave Blank |
