When ordering a computer with a value of $1 - $4999.99 use account code 752350. If grant funds are used for purchase use account code 75235G. If the value is $5000.00 or greater use 752360 or 75236G for grant purchases. Remember to include the location code for all computer purchases. Following this procedure moves requisitions swiftly thorough the approval process.
