Why Did My Active Directory Password Stop Working?

Why Did My Active Directory Password Stop Working?

On March 9, 2009, ITS implemented new Security Enhancements. If your password does not already meet the minimum security requirements, then you will need to reset your password before accessing on-campus computers or login-based services such as email or Blackboard.

On-campus users:
You will be prompted to reset your password before logging into an on-campus computer.
If you have not rebooted your computer in the last 24 hours you will see an error message in Microsoft Outlook/Exchange that will direct you to log in. If you see this message, reboot your machine and login to the network.

Off-campus users:
Visit http://www.nccu.edu/intranet/passwordmanagement/recoverpassword.cfm to reset your password.

I have a different password issue.
