Application forms can be downloaded from the School of Graduate Studies website and submitted by postal mail. They can also be picked up by the applicant or mailed to the applicant by the School of Graduate Studies upon request. Applications sent in by postal mail must be accompanied by a check or money order to cover the $40 processing fee. When an application and fee are received in the School of Graduate Studies, and after all application materials are received, department representatives are called to review the application and render a decision for admission or denial.
