Health Disparities Conference 2013

Conference Registration

North Carolina Central University Division of Research and Economic Development invites you to register for the 2013 Health Disparities Conference, “Pursuing Health Equity Through Translational Research and Partnerships,” via http://nccuhealthdisparities.eventbrite.com. The system is designed for those who will be paying their registration fee by credit card and purchase order. (For the purposes of the registration website, the terms “invoice” and “purchase order” are synonymous).

If you plan to register online, and are trying to register at the student or postdoctoral scholar rate, please contact the Division of Research and Economic Development by phone 919-530-6893 or email healthdisparities@nccu.edu before beginning the registration process. 

Payment
Payment is required in full before the conference.

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and purchase orders are accepted during online registration. Credit card payment inquires may be directed to 1-800-350-8850 option 1.
• Purchase Orders (POs) are accepted. To complete registration, the PO must be sent via fax to 919-530-6894 (ATTN: DR&ED Health Disparities). POs are not accepted on site. Please note that a copy of the PO must be received by April 1 for your registration to be finalized. If your PO is not received by that date, your registration will be canceled. Once your registration has been completed, you are responsible for ensuring the payment indicated on the PO.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Requests for refunds must be directed to the Division of Research and Economic Development by phone 919-530-6893 or email healthdisparities@nccu.edu. There will be a $50 processing fee applied to refunds requested by March 27. No refunds will be made after this date.
