Move-In Volunteers Wanted

Drop and Go Early Move-In

Drop and Go

will occur on August 6 beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 1 p.m. Students will go directly to their assigned hall to check-in, unload and then park in the designated areas.

Advantages of the new Drop and Go program:

  • Reduced stress for move-in day, only check-in will be required to obtain permanent key.
  • Opportunity to note other items students may need or take home excess items.
  • Convenience for weekend move-in for parent and family support.

This program only allows you to drop off items into the student's assigned room. Students will not be permitted to stay overnight until August 10.

Drop & Go Applications may be completed via the myEOL Housing Portal. All applications must be completed by Thursday August 3rd at 5:00 p.m.

New Students

Move-in for new students will be on Thursday, August 10 from 7 a.m. – 12 p.m. New students should arrive on campus beginning at 7 a.m. Parking and check-in locations vary based on building assignment. Please review and print the map for reference.  Please review the Move-In Guide to help you prepare for move-in day.

Returning Students

Move-in for returning students will be held on Saturday, August 12 from 1:30 – 5:30 p.m. Returning students should arrive on campus beginning at 1:30 p.m. Parking and check-in locations vary based on building assignment. Please review and print the map for reference.  Please review the Move-In Guide to help you prepare for move-in day.
