Description Application to claim in-state residency status for tuition purposes, to be used by graduate, doctoral, and law students only. The deadline to submit this reclassification application and supporting documentation to the University Registrar's Office is the 10th business day of the term. Undergraduate students must apply online through the Residency Determination Service (RDS). Revised July 10, 2017
