Description The Annie Day Shepard Scholars (ADS) Program inspires and supports undergraduate women to become engaged, confident and connected leaders in the North Carolina Central University community and beyond. Upperclass mentors, faculty and North Carolina Central University alumnae provide an empowering environment. Scholars are expected to positively influence the culture for women at North Carolina Central University, offering new ideas about how to measure academic and social success. This document outlines the expectations of mentors.
