Description Articulation agreements of associate in applied sciences (AAS) degree programs are called Bilateral Agreements. Under bilateral agreements, NCCU departments have reviewed the community college technical degree program curriculum and have determined which courses would transfer into that major. The review is on a course-by-course bases. In all cases, a grade of C or better is required for transfer consideration. NCCU will determine whether the course will count as general education, major, or elective credit.
