New Student Services is here to assist with your transition to life as an NCCU Eagle. You have made an excellent choice to attend NCCU and are on your way to a great collegiate experience full of educational opportunity and personal growth.
For incoming students, your introduction to NCCU begins with an orientation session before classes start. During orientation, you will take required placement tests, register for classes, participate in activities and workshops, and have a chance to meet other new and current Eagle students.
To register for New Student Orientation, you need a MyEOL account. To create an account, go to myEOL. Enter the Banner ID number listed on your acceptance letter; it will start with the numbers 820. Your Banner PIN is your birthdate using the two digit month, two digit date and last two digits of your birth year, MMDDYY. Enter your last name as written on your acceptance letter. Then click “verify my information” to complete the registration process.
Once you create an account, log-in from the NCCU homepage. You will then be prompted to register for New Student Orientation by clicking Enroll Now.
All students must register and pay for New Student Orientation at least 7 days before the start of the session. There are no exceptions and walk-ins are not permitted. Students must submit their Enrollment Fee ($225 for first-year students and $150 for transfer students) to secure their Orientation session. If your Enrollment Fee is not received by the time the session fills, you will not be able to attend that session. The number of students allowed to attend each session is limited. It is recommended that you register early to secure your session date and spot with the incoming class. Registration for all Orientation sessions close 7 days before the session begins.
