About WebFOCUS

Information Builder’s WebFOCUS enterprise reporting software is used at NCCU for reporting.

ITS provides training and support of WebFOCUS, our reporting system, so that end users and report developers can:

• Create and run quick ad hoc reports
• Run parameter-driven standard reports
• Extract and format data sets for submission to other agencies
• View key business intelligence information in a dashboard
• Automatically schedule and distribute reports/alerts using Report Caster
• Create custom, parameter-driven reporting applications
• Connect to a variety of data sources including, but not limited to, Banner data.

IBI provides regular training courses both at training centers around the country and online.  IBI also provides customer access to its online Technical Documentation Library.
