Scheduling, Policies and Fees

Priority is given to scheduled classes. NCCU faculty, staff, and administrators have second priority. Off-campus groups may use the facility if such use does not interfere with campus programming.

To request use of The Teleconference Center, please contact:

  • Wanda McIver
Coordinator of Educational Technology and Video Services
    Phone: 919-530-5299, Fax: 919-530-5322
All program information must be provided before confirmation can be completed and network time can be scheduled. Classes scheduled in the Teleconference Center take priority over other scheduling requests.

To assess interest in potential courses and to ensure maximum enrollment at remote sites, faculty should collaborate with their colleagues at other institutions to generate interest in a course before the scheduling process begins.
