Facilities Management

Jonathan Peeler, PE, Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities Management

The Facilities Management Department is responsible for directing all aspects of facilities including Operations and Capital Projects.  We provide oversight of master planning, property acquisition/disposition landscape planning, engineering design, contract development, project construction, renovation planning, energy conservation planning, sustainability policy, Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) program, and facilities maintenance and operations.

The Department brings together the efforts of innovative professionals in various units, which are committed to excellence in creating and preserving a physical environment for the entire campus community.
