- Partner and consult with University leadership, management, and supervisors to advise and provide options and solutions in the functional areas of job classification, position development, and compensation.

- Serve as a resource to provide services that include organizational reviews, occupational studies, workflow analyses, and internal alignment of positions.

- Administer the University's classification and compensation system in accordance with the Office of State Human Resources' policies and guidelines by conducting position reviews to assess, document, and implement the creation of new positions, reclassifications, level changes, and compensation analyses.
