As a Coordinator for the Centennial Scholars Program at North Carolina Central University, Kent Williams, Jr. is committed to student success. Williams has been called a true leader for today's youth by CNN's John King. Williams strives to uphold this statement as he represents NCCU and the men he mentors. Williams graduated from North Carolina Central University where he holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science. Williams is currently pursuing his Master's in Career Counseling from NCCU School of Education. Before serving in his current role at NCCU, Williams served as Graduate Assistant for Union Outreach & Campus Life and as Student Body President (2008-2009). As a student leader, Mr. Williams strives to produce concrete results and create relational intimacy among fellow Eagles, university administrators and staff.
