Ms. Joyce Price, MS, RD, LDN, is the part-time Faculty Preceptor for the Dietetic Internship Program at North Carolina Central University. She also teaches courses in clinical nutrition for the DPD program. Joyce has been a registered, licensed dietitian for 40 years. She has a B. S. Degree in Dietetics from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, Kentucky. She completed a twelve-month internship at Harper Hospital in Detroit, Michigan and completed a Masters in Human Sciences at North Carolina Central University. Ms. Joyce works closely with director of the dietetic internship. She conducts site visits and monitors the progress of the dietetic interns through the duration of their experience and teaches several of the clinical nutrition courses.
