The Application Integration Administrator (AIA) is responsible for supporting the development, quality testing, technical support, and distribution of the vast array of software applications and interfaces that are used by North Carolina Central University. The Administrator ensures a stable computing environment by performing the following duties: review and test configuration of application products (releases, product changes, service packs, and critical fixes prior to distribution), administer (security and upgrades), support customers on complex technical issues (day to day processing, client/server software installation, and configuration management), research technical processes using sources such as error logs and product technical documentation and identify solutions to resolve problems or improve efficiency.
