Fitness and Wellness
The primary purpose of the Fitness and Wellness Center is to serve as liaison with athletics teams and recreational users (faculty, staff, students and student athletes). The major goal of the fitness and wellness program is to provide all student athletes with structured and monitored programs by providing each team with specific training schedules to utilize flexibility, strength, conditioning, nutrition, and speed to enhance athletic performance, self image, and individual abilities.
