9th Annual Back to School Book Bag Drive - 875

Description: Students participating in the 9th Annual Back to School Book Bag Drive will be supporting five (5) local elementary schools by donating a book bag filled with supplies for a child who otherwise cannot afford one.  Students are expected to shop at a store with averaging $15-$20 for schools supplies and bookbag and write a reflection.  Students will earn 15 credit hours. Drop off is NOW through August 28th from 9-11 a.m. and 1-5 p.m. in the School of Education, H.M. Michaux Jr. Bldg, 700 Cecil Street (across from Burger King)), Room 2084.   ID#875.  Contact:  Daneika S. Bynum, email: dbynum7@nccu.edu, phone: (919) 530-7286.  Following are the supplies needed: 1 new book bag (no wheels), 1 plastic pencil box, 1 pk. of glue sticks, 1 bottle of glue, 1 pair of safety scissors, 4 pks. of wide rule paper, 4 pocket folders, 4-1 subject spiral notebooks, 1 ruler, 2 pks. of #12 pencils, 1 pk. of colored pencils, 1 box of 24 crayons and 1 box 12 ct. colored markers.
