About Accounts Payable

Accounts Payable is the unit within the Comptroller’s Department that is responsible for payments to vendors for goods and services provided to the University through purchase orders and other means. University funds for these expenditures are disbursed in compliance with University policies, and governmental rules and regulations.

We also provide information and training to members of the University community to help them effectively manage payment and invoice-related functions. Records of paid transactions are maintained for internal and external auditors.

NCCU complies with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in all programs and activities (including sexual harassment and sexual violence) in the University's educational programs and activities. For additional resources or to file a Title IX complaint, visit the NCCU's Title IX webpage.
