Checks will be mailed to the local address on record for
students who do not use the direct deposit option.
Students who officially withdraw from the University will
receive a refund of housing and dining fees according to the following schedule:
Room deposits are nonrefundable.
Within two weeks after the first official
boarding day, 80 percent of room and board fees will be refunded.
Within four weeks after the first official
boarding day, 40 percent will be refunded.
Within six weeks after the first official
boarding day, 20 percent will be refunded.
After six weeks from the first day meals are
served, there are no refunds.
Summer School refunds will be made only at the end of Summer
Refunds will be made only to students who
officially withdraw by the deadline date listed in the summer school calendar.
