Graphic Services

The Office of University Relations offers graphic design services to manage the development and design of a variety of print and web-based marketing materials from conceptualization to delivery. Please note that lead times vary for different projects. We will work with you to develop a production schedule for each project.

To initiate a graphic design job request, please complete the Service Request form.

Photographic Services

The university photography is housed in the Office of University Relations. University administrators, faculty, staff and students who desire photographs for university related activities must receive approval from the University Relations Office. A request for photography services form must be completed and returned to the University Relations Office at least one to two weeks before the planned activity.

Design & Online Marketing Services

The Office of University Relations also offers graphic design and web development services for a variety of digital projects. These include items such as HTML newsletters, eBlasts, and digital advertisements. This form may also be used to request updates to an existing website*. Please note that the production time for each project is unique and may vary from project to project. We will work with you to develop a schedule once the project scope has been assessed. To submit a request for an online marketing or web-based design project, please complete the Service Request form.

* This does not include any changes that need to be made to www.nccu.edu (including intranet banners); which should be submitted through a HelpDesk ticket or to your department’s designated Web Liaison.
