We have 2 maintenance windows over the next two days. Please see below:
1 – Tuesday, Dec. 17, 6am - 8am
Maintenance to wireless network. Customers may experience up to a 30-minute period in which the wireless network in their area will be unavailable. No single area or building will be affected for the entirety of the maintenance window.
2 – Wednesday, Dec 18, 6am - 8am
Maintenance to Cisco NAC. A maintenance update is being applied to our Cisco NAC to support connectivity for customers using Microsoft Windows 8.1 mobile devices. NAC authentication to the wireless network will be affected during the maintenance window.

Be sure to provide as much information as possible including the building location, building floor and operating system of the device being used.
