Over the weekend we experienced technical difficulties with myEOL, Blackboard and the Helpdesk telephone system. The issues with myEOL were resolved on yesterday, however the Blackboard and telephone glitches are a bit more complicated. We have pinpointed the issue with the Blackboard and telephone systems and are working diligently with the necessary teams and vendors to resolve them as quickly as possible.
