ITS will be on a Modified Schedule July 19, 2013

The ITS Department will be closed Friday, July 19, 2013 from noon – 5:00 pm for staff development.  We will resume normal business hours, Monday, July 22, 2013 at 8:00 am. 

If you experience a technical issue during this time, send an e-mail to helpdesk@nccu.edu, submit a trouble ticket to https://helpdesk.nccu.edu as we will be monitoring our ticketing system throughout the day.  If you experience a technical emergency call 919.943.0086.  A technical emergency is defined as one of the following:

·         Large scale service interruptions for ITS-provided services that affect multiple people.  For example, widespread problems with email, the network or Banner that are impacting many people. 

·         Problems that are affecting critical University-related business.  These types of problems may affect only a single individual, but the work that they are doing may be deemed critical to the University and therefore support would be provided.

of the Alfonso Elder Student Union - beside the Campus Post Office)
