During the Winter Break, ITS experienced some technical difficulties resulting in users not being able to access Banner through the single sign on feature in myEOL. Upon review of the error, ITS found that there was an encryption error that served as the root of the problem. ITS rolled back the enhancement that caused this issue and all technical issues were resolved. To prevent similar issues from happening in the future we have added all components of myEOL to our ITS testing procedures for Banner.
