ITS provides software and hardware support for NCCU owned laptop and desktop workstations. This support includes new computer setup, troubleshooting, installing and configuring of desktop operating systems and applications within the parameters of NCCU ITS procedures. Support for Personal Desktops/Laptops
The Eagle Technical Center (ETC) provides hardware and software repair for personal computers that belong to students, faculty and staff of NCCU. ETC is located on the lower level of the Student Union beside the campus mail center. Students receive ONE free service each semester they are enrolled in classes at the university. Consultations and workshops are available at no charge. Faculty and staff members can receive support on their personal devices for a small fee at the ETC. Below is the current pricing list, which is subject to change.
