Microsoft Outlook is NCCU's faculty/staff electronic mail (e-mail) service. Every faculty and staff member is issued an email account. To request assistance with using Microsoft Outlook to its fullest capabilities, set up a one on one training with the ITS Training Team. To request this training simply:
