ITS works closely with many other units on campus to provide a wide range of services for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and others. To ensure that this goal is met every time an interaction occurs with an individual in our department, we strive for 100% in our Customer Service rating. To assist with this goal we have a Customer Service Center available for your convenience.
Customers should contact the Customer Service when:
They want to comment on the exceptional service received by ITS staff
They have received unsatisfactory technical assistance
Their issue is unresolved and has not been addressed within an appropriate time frame
They have received service outside the help desk service time frame
A special event requires technical assistance coordination
